Who I Am and What I Do
My Background
After completing my Midwifery Degree, I decided I wanted to find natural and non-medicalised ways to help improve the wellbeing of others. In 2017 I qualified as an Aromatherapist and it was through this diploma I found my love for Reflexology. I started my diploma in Reflexology immediately after and qualified in 2018. I also undertook further training in advanced techniques for Foot Reading and Reflexology for Infertility.

By 2022 I was working as a community midwife in Central London, at one of the UK's busiest trust, so really saw the benefits Reflexology could have for women during pregnancy. It was for this reason I embarked upon Maternity Reflexology, and became qualified in treating women during pregnancy, labour and in the postnatal period.
A beautifully timed opportunity arose to train in Aromatherapy and Acupressure for Postdates Pregnancy. A course accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and taught by the renowned Denise Tiran. These skills allow me to assist women in trying to encourage natural labour and potentially avoid an induction of labour.

I continue to be passionate about improving the wellbeing of others through Reflexology and still enjoy seeing the benefits it has on my clients.
I am currently based in Waterloo offering treatments from The Colombo Centre, 34 Colombo Street, London SE1 8DP.
